Naoki Kanazawa / Cafe Bowl/Soup Bowl White ②Shinogi

This is a cafe bowl/soup bowl made by Mr. Naoyoshi Kanazawa, a potter from Amakusa, Kumamoto. This type has a white base with Kanazawa's signature blue-green glaze.

Size: Diameter 12.5-13 cm x Height 8.5 cm *Approximate size.

It's quite a large shape for a drink cup. Personally, I like to pour a lot of cafe au lait or chai into it.

The size allows it to hold a lot of soup or miso soup as a soup bowl. It looks like it would be good as a mini bowl. It is a very flexible piece with an exquisite size.
